The PCOS Body Liberation
Workshop Series
Inclusive PCOS community + education that isn’t rooted in diet culture, body shaming, and negativity.
Here’s what we know:
There’s a lot of misinformation out there on PCOS and related symptoms + conditions.
You didn’t cause your PCOS, but the world will definitely try and convince you that you did.
You’ve been given the wrong tools to manage your PCOS.
We know the tools are community, information, and body autonomy.
You deserve a space free from the oppression of white supremacy and diet culture. We all do.
PCOS life shouldn’t be rooted in negativity and body shaming, and that’s what we’re going to change.
Our Workshop Series is an online space for all people with PCOS to:
hold space for themselves and others with with PCOS to learn + grow in a safe and respectful environment
ask all their questions without fear or shame
learn how to live with their symptoms without dieting + find food peace
discuss topics of interest and share resources with each other
find a refuge from the negativity + body shaming in most PCOS spaces
Here’s what we’re talking about:

“Practicing yoga with Laura has helped me sort through my feelings about my body. I got diagnosed with PCOS at 19 and have been chasing weight loss ever since. Nothing has made me feel better than letting go of that.”

“Julie Dillon completely changed the way I viewed food. She also inspired me to see my body as an instrument of life, instead of an instrument working against me.”

“Laura Burns is a wonderful yoga instructor. Being new to yoga I had my reservations about my capabilities to practice this.
She not only made me feel comfortable, but helped me appreciate my body for what it is now.
This is far beyond learning the stretching and core poses, as it has offered me a new perception of body, mind, and soul.”
Jeannine W.
“I have been struggling with disordered eating most of my life...I have PCOS and have been doing intuitive eating for some time. I just wasn’t sure how to approach PCOS when most doctors recommend dieting.
Julie is the kindest and most compassionate person whose approach is grounded in science and data. I feel so much more confident in how to approach my PCOS.
There is so much shame embedded in PCOS and Julie removes all of it...I cannot thank Julie enough.
She is a stabilizing, compassionate, caring partner in the treatment of disordered eating and PCOS.”
Melissa
“I didn’t know it was possible to accept myself and have self-compassion while in a larger body. Julie treated more than just my dietary PCOS needs. She treated my entire PCOS experience, including how I relate to the world. I didn’t feel like “another patient.” I felt like she saw me as a whole person with individual unique needs.
Now, I have SO much more self-compassion. I’m also much more present and grounded when eating. My relationship with food is so much better. There are still struggles, but Julie helped me learn how to love myself while I heal my relationship with myself.”
